i've been kinda scared of the embroidery machine. i've been sewing on my new machine. but to embroider all by myself? scary. but today i decided to try it.
here is my first attempt. i just cut a piece of material and went to town. maybe i'll turn this into a cute throw pillow or something.
and since that turned out pretty decent, i decided to try on one of indyanna's t-shirts. it's not perfectly centered and i'd like for the design to be higher up but i didn't feel like re-hooping it.

LOVE nanny's hair! I think my girls just might be sporting that one tomorrow. Well, minus the curls. I think I will just do it all in the 2 braids. That sight definitely was motivation to do more stuff with the kids hair, huh! Never realized it was so easy and didn't take so long!

Don’t you just love having the embroidery machine? I have two of them and love them. I can’t ever seem to get the right stabilizer for things, but I’m getting there! Looks good! ~Shelly~
